Working with the Bloxham Schools

Bloxham is home to three schools; Bloxham Church of England Primary School, The Warriner Co-educational Secondary School (11-18 yrs) and Bloxham Private Day & Boarding School (11-18yrs). This means that the population of Bloxham increases dramatically every day during term time.

We are keen to support and serve the school communities in practical ways and pray regularly for them.

As part of our regular contact with the schools our pastor and Children and Families worker take assemblies at the primary school and Mike is in the Warriner school every Tuesday.

We also have a number of TLG (Transforming Lives for good) coaches in both the Warriner and Primary School.

Transforming lives for good

In partnership with TLG’s early intervention initiative, a network of mentors from the church go into the primary and secondary school each week. They support children who, for all kinds of reasons, are struggling in school.

Warriner School Chaplaincy

Our pastor, Mike, is the Chaplain for the Warriner school supporting both staff and students. He spends a day a week in the school.
